[Wedding] A Chocolate and Cream Theme, Mr and Mrs Turton, Waterton Park Hotel

I met Steph, at a Wedding Fayre at the venue where she had her Wedding Reception – Waterton Park Hotel – here we have some of the images shown on the slideshow on  the day of their Wedding.

I started with Steph and all the girls, including bridesmaids, mums and Kids whilst hair and make up preps were underway.

When the cars arrived for everyone, I headed off to the church before the cars departed so that I could get Steph and her Dad arriving – everyone was so excited to see them.

Can you spot the Special Guest that was at the Wedding?

After the Church Service, we headed off to Waterton Park Hotel for the photographs – and the meal.

Some people think that my job is hard work – especially with families with split parents and step parents – but it is something that I come across more often that not – and no-one is left out.

After the group shots, we got some photographs of the new Mr and Mrs Turton before heading inside for food and the speeches.

The Wedding was just beautiful. Thank you so much for allowing me to share your special day!

[Wedding] September Sun: A Beautiful Wedding at Wood Hall Hotel Wetherby

On Friday I had the pleasure of photographing Sarah & Lee's big day. I have been looking forward to this one for quite a while. Especially as it was at a venue I wanted to photograph at - and it was my 30th Birthday. What better way to spend a birthday than celebrating it with a lovely couple!

These are a selection of the images that were on the slideshow on the evening. The entire "theme" for the wedding was beautiful - classic, timeless and no strong colours just white and champagne with blue for the boys suits thrown in.

Sarah got ready in the morning with her 3 bridesmaids, a close friend and her mum - before her dad came into the room to see his little girl, all dressed up for her big day to marry Lee.

Sarah's little flower girl Freyja didn't want to walk down the aisle - but she looked super cute, and later became my friend which I swear had nothing to do with the haribo I had in my camera bag.

Sarah & Lee had a civil ceremony, with many of their family and friends present. A few tears were shed by quite a few people - but there were more smiles than anything!

Lee stood waiting for his bride, with his two best men, and they all looked dapper in their Navy suits, with Champagne Tie & Cravat.

The ceremony was beautiful. And it is so clear to see how much in love this couple are.

Outside, the guests and the couple mingled with their guests having a drink before we started with a confetti photograph. I love a good confetti shot!

Sarah and Lee had left cones of confetti on everyone's seats during the ceremony, so that everyone had confetti to hand when it was time. White and Champagne Confetti was the order of the day and look how much there is!

We then continued with Group photographs, taking in the beautiful countryside that Wood Hall looks out upon, and especially with it being such a beautiful day!

We then made the most of the Italian Gardens and the beautiful sunshine, before heading inside for the Wedding Breakfast.

I am sure you can see just how in love these two are - it was a lovely day to spend with them and their families and friends - and even see some of my portrait clients too!

Thank you Sarah and Lee for letting me share your special day.
